Faces of Hate in the USA

Unfortunately HATE is all around us now.

People judging others to make them selves look better or to make more money or gather more power. People use the word “christian” as a “I’m better than you” card. They bring up the christian bible as a blue print to show everyone how good they are and how bad everyone else is. But what they don’t acknowledge is they pick and choose what they want from that book to make their point.

In Matthew 7:1-5 Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

I’m not a bible loving girl and I don’t call my self a christian, but I do call myself a follower of Jesus’s word. The one big word is LOVE. There are a lot of beautiful stories where Jesus talked about love and loving others and how to treat others. Did Jesus actually say these, probably not since it was written decades after Jesus died and unfortunately man changed a lot of the original words to fit their needs of what they wanted to preach. But if we lived as some of these stories tell us we would be a better society no matter what religion or political party you belong to.

The biblical definition of love is a selfless, sacrificial, and unconditional commitment to the well-being of others

I am a proud transwoman. The LGBTQ+ community and especially the Transgender community is facing a growing hatred that is building all around us. I started this site to vent my frustration not only with politicians that preach hate but anyone that thrives on Hate instead of Love. I’m not perfect and none of us are but we need to do better.

Love for all people was at the very center of Jesus' words

So with that I bring you a couple of Faces of Hate. Yes I’m judging, but not for power or money or to make myself look better. I’m trying to call out the hate and see if maybe, just maybe we can be better.
